  Visitor Centre and follows the coastal route towards Ballycastle along th
 e spectacular Céide Cliffs to the bottom of Ballycastle village. It will 
 follow the half marathon route\, taking the beach road where two right tur
 ns will connect you with the half marathon runners\, finishing at Ballycas
 tle Community Hall where a warm welcome and refreshments will await you. H
 ALF MARATHON ROUTE The Half Marathon route will commence at the spectacula
 r Céide Fields Visitor Centre and will follow the coast road\, passing Ba
 llycastle Beach before proceeding to the famous Downpatrick Head. The race
  will enter the headland where the runners will get a chance to run 500m o
 ff-road (grass)\, and an opportunity to view the spectacular Dún Briste S
 ea Stack (weather dependent). From there\, the race will return to the mai
 n road and will finish in the idyllic village of Ballycastle\, where a war
 m welcome and refreshments will await you in the Community Hall.
